Runners who are looking for expert guidance that is personalized to help them achieve a specific goal.
Not every runner needs a coach!
We are in an era of impressively easy access to information, so if you just want a training program, you probably don’t need a coach.
The thing that you unlock with coaching is the interpretation of YOUR individualized data. If you’ve been following programs and still struggling with a specific running goal like running consistently without injury or hitting an elusive marathon PR and you’re open to making some changes to your training habits, then a coach is a great option to take you from where you are to where you want to be.

Coaching services are fully virtual. Training sessions and tracking will all be delivered on TrainingPeaks, and we will use a combination of email, zoom, and texting to communicate with each other.
If you are interested in doing some in person training to get some guidance on your strength training, performance testing, or gait analysis, I am able to see you in-person in downtown Boston at my physical therapy practice, Alterra.
-
Absolutely! I strongly believe in the importance of including runner specific strength training and accessory exercises to support your running goals. Cross training will be delivered either through TrainingPeaks or google sheets.
-
Of course! I really enjoy working with beginner runners because we get to create good training habits from the start rather than helping them “unlearn” habits that they’ve grown very attached to.
